Cordon-bleu with wild garlic

Ingredients for 4 portions

700 g Pork Schnitzel meat
8 Slice Ham
4 Slice Emmental cheese
35 g Wild garlic
0.5 Cup Cream cheese
2 Pinch Salt
1 Piece Egg
2 Tbsp Milk
10 Tbsp Flour (fine)
100 g Breadcrumbs
500 ml Canola oil
1 Pinch Pepper


  1. Cut the meat into large, thin schnitzels, wash and pat dry. Wash the wild garlic, dry it and cut it into fine strips, mix with cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Then spread the meat with the cream cheese mixture, top with ham and cheese, fold together and secure with rouladen pins.
  3. For breading, mix egg with milk in a bowl. Coat the meat on both sides with flour, dip in the egg and press into the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
