| 0.25 | Tsp | Salt |

| 0.25 | Tsp | Caraway (ground) |
Preparation
- In a mortar, mix pepper, salt, garlic granules, thyme, and caraway seeds well.
- Then cut the washed, dried pork fillet into 3-4 cm thick slices and rub each piece on both sides with the spice mixture.
- Wrap each piece with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Finally, heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan and sear the meat on high heat on both sides, about 3 minutes each side.
