Parisian Schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 portions

400 g Pork Schnitzel
1 Pc Egg
2 Tbsp Milk
5 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Season the pork schnitzels with salt and pepper. Crack the egg and mix it with the milk. Coat the pork schnitzels with flour on both sides.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, dip the schnitzels in the egg mixture and place them in the pan. Cook until crispy on both sides.
