2 | Tbsp | Flour |
100 | g | Onion, finely chopped |
150 | g | Mushrooms |
3 | Pieces | Dill Pickles |
50 | g | Bacon, diced |
100 | g | Sour Cream |
2 | Tsp | Flour for Thickening |
1 | Pinch | Salt |
1 | Tbsp | Oil for Frying |
1 | Pinch | Freshly Ground Pepper |
Preparation
- Pound the schnitzels, then season with salt and pepper. Dip on one side in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm.
- Peel the onions. Clean the mushrooms. Finely chop together with the pickles.
- Dice the bacon and fry in a hot pan with some oil.
- Add the chopped onions, mushrooms, and pickles and fry together.
- Stir the sour cream with flour and add to thicken. Place the schnitzels back in and let simmer in the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve on plates.
