Shepherd’s roll

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 Pcs Pork Schnitzel (approx. 80 g each)
0.25 Tsp Pepper
200 g Feta or Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp Oil for frying

Ingredients for tde Marinade

5 Tbsp Oil
0.5 Tsp Red Paprika Spice
1 Pinch Chili Powder
0.5 Tsp Oregano (dried)
0.25 Tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. First, prepare a marinade from oil, paprika spice, chili powder, oregano, and salt.
  2. Pound the schnitzels, they should be the size of a hand and lightly season with pepper.
  3. Cut the cheese lengthwise into 4 strips and wrap tightly around the schnitzels. Generously coat with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and brown the rolls on all sides, then cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
