Pumpkin sesame cutlets

Ingredients for 2 portions

6 pcs Pork Schnitzel (small)
2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Sesame
0.5 Cup Pumpkin Seeds (coarsely chopped)
2 Cup Flour
1 pcs Egg
1 Cup Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds and roughly chopped pumpkin seeds. Flatten the schnitzels thinly and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. First coat in flour and then dip in the egg mixed with a little milk. Then coat in the breadcrumb mixture and press the breading firmly. Heat a pan with oil about a finger thick and fry the schnitzels until golden brown.
