Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with curry sauce.

600 g Schweinefilet
16 Slices Bacon
1 Cup Whipping Cream
0.5 Cup Sour Cream
0.5 Bunch Parsley
2 tsp Mustard (spicy)
4 tsp Curry
2 tsp Tomato Paste
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the cleaned pork fillet into medallions, season with salt, pepper, and spread with mustard.
  2. Wrap each medallion with 2 strips of bacon and place in a baking dish. Then chop the washed parsley.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream, sour cream, curry, tomato paste, and parsley until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the medallions. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
