Preparation
- Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry with kitchen paper, remove the sinews and fat, and cut into 3 cm wide pieces.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan, season the pork pieces with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides.
- Then add broth and stir in the sour cream. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and spices, and bring to a brief boil.
