Pork tenderloin in sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions

800 g Pork tenderloin
1 tbsp Clarified butter
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Freshly ground pepper
125 ml Vegetable brotd
125 ml Crème Fraiche
1 Pinch Spice mix

Preparation

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry with kitchen paper, remove the sinews and fat, and cut into 3 cm wide pieces.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan, season the pork pieces with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides.
  3. Then add broth and stir in the sour cream. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and spices, and bring to a brief boil.
