Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g Pork Schnitzel
2 Pc Onion
150 g Bacon
0.5 Tsp Marjoram
4 Pinch Paprika Powder
4 Pinch Garlic Granules
2 Tbsp Clarified Butter
250 ml Grape Must or Young Wine
100 g Crème Fraiche
4 Pinch Salt
4 Pinch Pepper
0.5 Tsp Mustard

Preparation

  1. Cut pork schnitzel into bite-sized cubes. Mix well with mustard, marjoram, paprika powder, and garlic granules, and let it marinate for a while.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into thin strips or cubes.
  3. Heat clarified butter in a pan, sauté the onion and bacon until golden brown. Add the marinated pork and roast well while turning.
  4. Deglaze with cider or grape must and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes. Finally, stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
