| 250 | g | Smoked meat (cooked) |
| 3 | Tbsp | Lard |
| 1 | Tbsp | Parsley (chopped) |
| 0.5 | Tsp | Salt |
| 0.5 | Tsp | Pepper (freshly ground) |
Preparation
- First, cook the crescent rolls in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Grind the smoked meat through a meat grinder. Wash the parsley and finely chop.
- Then peel and chop the onion. Heat the lard in a deep pan, add the onion and roast until light golden. Then add the smoked meat and continue roasting.
- Finally, add the crescent rolls, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley and mix well. Roast for another 3-4 minutes.
