| 7 | pcs | Bay leaves |
| 120 | g | Honey |
| 1 | tbsp | Mustard |
| 2 | tbsp | Garlic powder |
| 4 | tbsp | Oil |
Preparation
- Put the pork ribs in boiling salted water, add bay leaves and let simmer lightly for 50 minutes.
- In the meantime, gently heat the honey, add oil, mustard and garlic, and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Remove the pork ribs from the broth and let cool, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the pork ribs on top and brush all around with the marinade.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, brushing with the marinade repeatedly.
