Preparation
- Peel, halve, and slice the onion. Then slice the meat with a butterfly cut, pound it, and salt it.
- Next, top the meat with ham and cheese, spread the onion on top. Now carefully fold the meat together and secure with roulade pins.
- Beat the eggs in a plate. Now coat the meat on both sides with flour, dip in the egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Finally, heat the oil in a pan and slowly fry the meat on medium heat, turning once for a nice brown color and finish cooking.
