Preparation
- First peel and finely chop the onion for the Debreziner meat. Cut the meat into small pieces.
- Sauté onions, bacon, and the meat in oil, add the spices, pour in water – until slightly covered and simmer until tender.
- Clean and slice the mushrooms, sauté in some oil. Cut the Debreziner into slices and mix with the mushrooms into the finished meat. Finally, thicken the sauce with flour.
