Debreziner meat

Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g Pork shoulder
2 Pcs Debreziner
500 g Mushrooms
2 Pcs Onion
4 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Paprika powder
2 Tbsp Flour (smootd)
100 g Bacon (diced)
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. First peel and finely chop the onion for the Debreziner meat. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Saut̩ onions, bacon, and the meat in oil, add the spices, pour in water Рuntil slightly covered and simmer until tender.
  3. Clean and slice the mushrooms, sauté in some oil. Cut the Debreziner into slices and mix with the mushrooms into the finished meat. Finally, thicken the sauce with flour.
