Chinese-style pork

Ingredients for 4 portions

600 g Pork
100 g Carrots
100 g Green Beans
1 pcs Bell Pepper
4 slices Pineapple
1 pcs Onion
50 g Butter
1 can Tomato Puree
1 tsp Ginger Powder
0.5 tsp Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Sugar

Preparation

  1. First cut the meat into strips, carrots into sticks, and green beans into small pieces. Dice the bell pepper and pineapple.
  2. Then heat butter in a pot and lightly roast the onion, add the meat and roast together.
  3. Next, add the tomato pieces and stew the meat until almost tender, then add the vegetables and ginger.
  4. Finally, mix in the pineapple pieces and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
