Preparation
- First cut the meat into strips, carrots into sticks, and green beans into small pieces. Dice the bell pepper and pineapple.
- Then heat butter in a pot and lightly roast the onion, add the meat and roast together.
- Next, add the tomato pieces and stew the meat until almost tender, then add the vegetables and ginger.
- Finally, mix in the pineapple pieces and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
