| 2 | Tbsp | Shan‘shi Soy sauce |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |

| 200 | g | Instant noodles (Chinese) |
Preparation
- First peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes. Then wash, dry and divide the cauliflower into florets.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and briefly fry the cauliflower and meat over high heat. Season with salt, add the onion cubes, fry a little longer, then add the soy sauce.
- Continue to fry briefly, then pour in the soup and cook on low heat for 25 minutes until tender. Finally, stir in the instant noodles and let them soften for 5 minutes.
