  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Toppings:
    • Chopped fresh cilantro
    • Diced tomatoes
    • Diced onions
    • Sliced jalapeños
    • Shredded lettuce
    • Shredded cheese
    • Sour cream
    • Salsa


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they are softened and fragrant.
