| 1 | Tbsp | Mustard |
| 100 | ml | Whipping Cream |
| 1 | Shot | Oil |
| 0.5 | pcs | Soup Cube |
| 1 | Pinch | Paprika Powder |
| 1 | Pinch | Pepper |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Pound the meat and season with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides in a pan with hot oil. Then set aside and add mustard to the pan, deglazing with some water.
- Whisk well. Add the soup cube and pour in the cream. Let it simmer lightly.
- Place the schnitzels back in the pan and top with sausage, asparagus, and cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika powder. Cover and let it simmer a bit longer until the cheese is melted.
