Baked meat with asparagus

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork Schnitzel
4 Slices Ham Sausage
1 Glass Asparagus
4 Slices Gouda Cheese
1 Tbsp Mustard
100 ml Whipping Cream
1 Shot Oil
0.5 pcs Soup Cube
1 Pinch Paprika Powder
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Pound the meat and season with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides in a pan with hot oil. Then set aside and add mustard to the pan, deglazing with some water.
  2. Whisk well. Add the soup cube and pour in the cream. Let it simmer lightly.
  3. Place the schnitzels back in the pan and top with sausage, asparagus, and cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika powder. Cover and let it simmer a bit longer until the cheese is melted.
