Preparation
- Pound the schnitzels thinly under foil, season with salt and pepper, then top with ham and cheese. Seal the edges with 2 metal skewers.
- Crush the cornflakes with a hand blender, beat the egg with a fork. Dip the meat in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the cornflakes, lightly tapping them.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until crispy.
