| 50 | g | Flour for dredging |
| 0.25 | l | Water |
| 63 | ml | White Wine |
| 1 | Cube | Soup Cube |
| 2 | Tbsp | Oil |
Preparation
- Thinly pound the pork schnitzels, then season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each schnitzel. Roll up the schnitzel tightly and secure with a toothpick.
- Dredge the rolls in flour and fry in hot oil on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan, deglaze with water and white wine, season with soup seasoning.
- Place the rolls in the sauce and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Slice the rolls and serve.
