Ingredients for 4 portions
| 700 | g | Schnitzel meat |
| 500 | g | Mushrooms |
| 1 | pc | Onion |
| 0.5 | pc | Green pepper |
| 1 | pc | Zucchini |
| 4 | tbsp | Oil |
| 400 | ml | Clear vegetable brotd |
| 150 | ml | Whipping cream |
| 1 | tsp | Mustard |
| 1 | tbsp | Parsley |
| 1 | Pinch | Pepper |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the zucchini and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Cut the meat into strips lengthwise, then crosswise into 1 cm wide pieces. Heat the oil, sear the meat until browned, then remove and keep warm.
- Sauté the mushrooms in the remaining oil. Add onion, pepper, and zucchini cubes and sauté. Stir in mustard, pour in broth and cream.
- Cook the sauce until creamy, season with salt and pepper. Mix the meat and parsley into the sauce and let it simmer briefly.
