| 1 | pinch | Pepper |
| 1 | pcs | Egg |
| 1 | dash | Milk |
| 50 | g | Breadcrumbs |
| 50 | g | Oatmeal |
| 2 | tbsp | Flour |
| 3 | tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 2 | pcs | Jalapeno (pickled in a jar) |
| 50 | g | Feta Cheese |
| 1 | branch | Rosemary |
Preparation
- Season the schnitzel generously with salt and pepper.
- Whisk an egg and add a splash of milk. Mix the breadcrumbs with the oats. Bread the schnitzel in flour, the egg-milk mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
- While the meat is frying, cut the feta cheese into small cubes and the jalapeno into rings. Then top the schnitzel with the jalapeno and feta cheese, and place a half rosemary sprig on each. Bake the pan in the oven for ten minutes.
