| 0.5 | Tsp | Salt |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Season the meat with salt and pepper all around.
- Mix mustard and paprika powder with the herbs in a bowl. Place the meat in a greased baking dish and spread the top thickly with the mustard paste.
- Now put the roast in the oven, after about 15 minutes, spread the butter over the mustard paste and continue roasting until done.
