| 1 | tsp | Steak seasoning |
| 1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Butter |
| 4 | Branch | Tarragon |
Preparation
- First, season the cleaned pork loin pieces with steak seasoning and wrap them with bacon. Then heat the olive oil in a pan, add the meat and sear on high heat on both sides.
- Now place the tarragon sprigs on top, add the butter, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, turning once in between.
