Parmesan schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork Schnitzel
4 tbsp Parmesan (freshly grated)
3 pcs Eggs
100 g Flour (smootd)
125 ml Milk
0.5 tsp Chili salt
0.5 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Herbes de Provence
200 g Breadcrumbs
500 ml Oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. First, mix the eggs, flour, milk, Herbes de Provence, chili salt, and Parmesan in a wide container to form a dough. It should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.
  2. Next, pound the cutlets, season with salt and pepper, and cut them into pieces about 6×6 cm in size. Dip the cutlet pieces in the dough first, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the cutlets until they are golden brown. Allow them to drain well on kitchen paper.
