| 500 | g | Mushrooms |
| 250 | ml | Sour cream |
| 1 | Pinch | Salt |
| 1 | Piece | Onion |
| 1 | Tsp | Vegetable brotd |
| 1 | Tsp | All-purpose flour |
| 1 | Pinch | Pepper |
| 2 | Tbsp | Oil for frying |
Preparation
- Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it, remove and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion in the drippings, add sliced mushrooms and sauté.
- Add the meat, season with soup seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Dust with flour and mix well. Add the sour cream and season again.
