Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic for the savoy cabbage with potatoes and pork ribs. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small sticks. Cut the savoy cabbage leaves into fine strips.
- Heat the lard in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and potatoes, sauté briefly and add the soup. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Place the ribs on top and cook everything covered for 45 minutes. Before serving, stir in sour cream into the vegetables and season again.
