Preparation
- Cut, pound, and salt the pork schnitzel meat into 4 schnitzels.
- Beat egg and milk. Mix sesame and breadcrumbs.
- Bread the schnitzel meat first in flour, then egg, and finally in the breadcrumb-sesame mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown.
